Adult Faith Formation

Adult Learning & Community

Trinity provides in-depth adult formation opportunities for its members and the broader community. We offer a variety of programs designed to help adults connect to God, to Trinity and to one another, using faith as a means to engage the complexities of life and the world around us. In community, we can assist one another to grow intellectually, emotionally, and spiritually through Adult Forums, Classes and Bible/Book Studies, and Discipleship and other Small Groups.

Sunday Adult Forums

Throughout the year, adults at Trinity gather for guest speakers, panel discussions, and parishioner presentations in the Fortune Room after the 10:00AM Sunday Eucharist.

Sunday Special Events and Celebration Coffee Hours

Once a month or so, we gather to celebrate milestone moments in our parish year or to collaborate on service projects for others: Homecoming Sunday, the Feast of St. Francis, Christmas Faire, Advent Outreach Sunday, Annual Meeting, Baptisms, Newcomers’ Welcome, Stewardship Ingathering, and more.

Spiritual Friendship Circles

Circles are life-giving intentional groups that generate a loving community of parishioners caring for the spiritual and personal growth of each member. Groups covenant to gather regularly (weekly, bimonthly or monthly) for a set period of time to talk, pray, break bread, and be Church to one another. Complete the interest form to be contacted about creating or joining a group.

Journey in Faith

A periodic series to explore your baptismal covenant, your journey as a Christian, and the Way of Love. A perfect introduction or re-ignition of your faith in community.

Life-Long Learning

“Teach me, O Lord, the way of your statutes, and I will observe it to the end.” Psalm 119:33

We know that being a follower of Christ is a life-long journey. We are always learning anew about the ways of God, reading something new in scripture, hearing something new in hymns, learning to truly love our neighbors.

Our formation courses for adults aim to support that life-long growth.
